Eating Out

Pretty Beach is blessed with a number of great places to dine from the Hardys Bay Club to more fine dining at Yum Yum Eatery, both just a 10-15 minute stroll along the bay (NB: opposite 70 Heath Road are stairs down to Araluen Drive and the waterfront.)

The Surf Club at Kilcare has a great cafe plus a beach kiosk and the Wagstaffe Hall often has entertainment – check out their notice board. And for a great lunch, nothing beats Hardys Bistro Café.

Eating In

Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas seat up to 8 adults in total comfort.

A full size dining table, comfy chairs and a two-seater bench on the southern side of the wraparound deck make this a functional space with shelter from sun and rain with brilliant views over the bay to Wagstaffe. This space is useable rain or shine and we have supplied plenty of citronella candles and Aerogard to make sure you’re not the main meal when dining outside.

An 8-seater table is situated in a dining alcove adjacent to the kitchen with fabulous views and warm ambience. We have carefully chosen comfortable chairs that are designed for long, fabulous feasts with friends and family. On those really hot days this is a great air-conditioned spot to enjoy your meals.

The kitchen is fully stocked with regularly sharpened knives, top quality pots, pans, cookware and accessories. There are heaps of wine glasses, champagne flutes, tumblers and highballs for water or a lovely G&T!

A 4-slice toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, food processor, family fridge (and bar fridge downstairs) plus plenty of crockery and a handy pull out pantry make cooking easy and enjoyable.
